Thank you for your interest in welcoming one of our puppies into your home. We invest a significant amount of time, care, and resources into raising our puppies, and we’re committed to placing them in homes that reflect the same level of dedication. We want to provide our puppies with the best homes possible. This application helps us get to know your lifestyle and experience, so we can ensure the breed aligns well with your family and better understand what you're looking for in a new companion. It’s not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers—our goal is simply to learn more about you and how a puppy might fit into your home.

Things To Know Beforehand

Puppies are placed under a pet-only contract. They are intended for companionship purposes only, not for breeding. New owners are granted limited AKC registration certificates. We do not issue full rights on companion pets. This policy is in place to protect the wellbeing of our puppies, preserve breed integrity, and promote responsible ownership.

A companion puppy is $4,500. Price is non-negotiable and does not include shipping, delivery, or additional services. All puppies are the same price, regardless of color or sex. This reflects our belief that every puppy is equally valuable in terms of health, temperament, and companionship potential.

Buyers are required to sign a purchase agreement before placing a deposit. This contract outlines the terms of purchase, buyer responsibilities, health warranties, and breeder commitments. The agreement is legally binding and designed to protect the interests of both buyer and breeder.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve a puppy. You will not be placed on our waitlist until a deposit is received.

Puppies are not first-come, first served. If approved, a puppy will be matched to a family based on puppy personality and buyer preference (i.e., good "fit" for the family and puppy). This means that we occasionally have to shuffle the waitlist because puppy placement is determined by compatibility, not by the order inwhich deposits were received.

We do not ship puppies within the United States. Buyers must be able to pick up their puppy in person, either via air (to fly home in-cabin) or vehicle, when ready for placement. We will not make arrangements for cargo shipping. No exceptions.

The puppy cannot be used for breeding. It must be spayed or neutered between 9-11 months of age. If you do not agree with spay or neuter, please look elsewhere for a puppy. Failure to spay or neuter voids our health warranties. Additionally, if we suspect the policy may not be honored, we reserve the right to withhold AKC registration and delay transfer of ownership until proof of spay/neuter is provided to us.

We assign registered names to puppies in accordance with whatever theme is chosen for the litter. Registered names cannot be changed. This allows us to identify puppies and trace any health-related concerns if they should arise in the future.

We health test our breeding dogs to reduce health issues that could potentially be passed to puppies. As with all purebreds, however, there are risks associated with bull terrier ownership and no guarantees can be made about life-long health.

Be aware that we are under no obligation to sell our puppies to any person. We can, and will, refuse a buyer the opportunity to purchase a puppy for any reason we see fit. Furthermore, we do not have to explain our reason(s) for refusal.

By completing this application, you give us permission to check the accuracy of the information provided. We have no intention of invading your privacy but puppy welfare is our top priority. If false information is discovered your request will be denied.

Puppies can be picked up via car or we can meet families at the nearest airport for in-cabin transport. There is a $250 fee for this service to cover health certificate, soft kennel, etc. We do not ship cargo. We will not make arrangements for families to ship cargo.
